Cantonese cuisine provides a lighter option than many of the fatty, spicy Chinese cuisines. Nowhere in the capital is it done with more finesse than at Horizon. Despite the lavish surroundings this restaurant is not over-priced, although dishes such as the popular bird's nest soup and shark fin cost somewhat more than standard fare. Sweet and sour Mandarin fish is the prize dish. Shrimp dumplings and dim-sum are also recommended.
